What we are especially glad to hear
- Corrections. A price that has moved, a step in the wrong order, a tool that no longer exists. These are the most useful messages we get and we act on them quickly.
- Topic suggestions. Something you wanted to start and could not find a decent beginner guide for. That is exactly the gap this site exists to fill.
- “This did not work for me.” If a guide failed you, we would genuinely rather know. It usually means we skipped a step that was obvious to us and not to you.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction, or deletion of your data under GDPR or similar laws. See our privacy policy.
A few things we cannot help with
- Orders and returns. If you bought something through one of our links, the retailer handles the order — we are not part of that transaction and cannot see it.
- Personal medical, financial, or legal questions. We are not qualified and will not guess. Please see a professional — our disclaimer explains why we hold this line.
- Guest posts and link insertions. We do not accept them, and we do not sell links. Please do not ask.
